Our shipments for garments in stock are made within the next 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Delivery in major cities may take 2-3 business days and 2-5 business days in the rest of the country. You can also choose to pick up your garments at our Phigma Store located in the city of Bogotá.

WARRANTY

All our products have a ninety (90) day warranty for manufacturing defects. These defects are considered irregularities in the physical properties of the garment, related to seams, prints, zippers or imperfections in the fabric. Please note that natural wear and tear or improper use of the product you purchased will not be considered a warranty.

Exchange for size

If you were not able to choose your size correctly in your online experience, you have up to ten (10) business days from the moment you receive it to exchange it for any other product of equal or greater value than the one you purchased, as long as we have availability in our stock.
