Can I customize my clothing?

You can customize any of our garments, there is no minimum or limit of garments to capture the idea you want.

How does it work?

  • Contact our team to start the design process of your idea
  • Make the payment for the clothing you want to customize (minimum 50% to start production)
  • Your order enters the manufacturing process. We will inform you of the estimated production time before making the payment, as it varies depending on the quantity.

Is it safe to buy from Phigma?

Purchasing your products through our e-commerce is simple and safe thanks to the support, years in the market and the highest security and quality standards of our PayU payment gateway.

What payment methods can I use?

On our website you can pay with debit cards, PSE, credit cards such as Visa, American Express, Diners club and Master card. If you want to cancel your payment on delivery, contact us at Whatsapp: (+57) 3104842310 or write to us at customerservice@phigma.co to provide you with all the information.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Our shipments for garments in stock are made within the next 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Delivery in main cities may take 2-3 business days and 2-5 business days in the rest of the country.

Where can I see and measure garments?

In the city of Bogotá you can visit our Phigma Store located in the Bonanza neighborhood, Cra 70C # 79-23, there you will find all our products and we will provide you with the advice you need. If you are outside the city of Bogotá you can contact or visit one of our distributors closest to your location: DISTRIBUTORS .

I chose the wrong size, can I exchange it?

If you were not able to choose your size correctly in your online experience, you have up to ten (10) business days from the moment you receive it to exchange it for any other product of equal or greater value than the one you purchased, as long as we have availability in our stock. What to do if you receive a defective product?

All our products have a ninety (90) day warranty for factory defects. These defects are considered irregularities in the physical properties of the garment, related to seams, prints, zippers or imperfections in the fabric. Please note that natural wear and tear or improper use of the product you purchased will not be considered as a warranty.

How to care for clothes?

  • Avoid rubbing with abrasive materials
  • Make sure you choose the right size so as not to push seams and zipper closures to the limit.
  • Once you have used the clothes, try to wash them as quickly as possible.
  • Do not wash at a temperature higher than 30°C
  • Do not use Chlorine
  • Avoid using a dryer
  • Dry in the shade
  • Do not iron
  • Close the garments completely
  • Do not twist
