Withdrawal Policy

Warranty Policy

All our products have a ninety (90) day warranty for manufacturing defects, these defects are considered as irregularities in the physical properties of the garment, related to seams, prints, zippers or imperfections in the fabric. Please note that natural wear and tear or improper use of the product you purchased will not be considered as a guarantee. In case you find a manufacturing defect in the product you purchased, write to us at customerservice@phigma.co or to our WhatsApp business chat +57 3104842310, in it attach an image where you show the imperfection in the garment and a copy of the invoice to exercise your right to exchange or repair, in response we will help you with the entire process and the instructions to follow. All transportation and logistics costs during the return process in this case will be our responsibility.
